Our program is committed to helping the residents of Yolo County to lead healthier and happier lives. We work with agencies, schools, youth programs, housing complexes, and others to integrate health promotion activities. Read more about us in our annual report profile. 

Are you a teacher, tutor, volunteer, or educator that works with children, teens, or adults? Are you interested in helping them learn about nutrition and healthy habits? Your site is eligible for free services if 50% or more of your students qualify for free or reduced price meals! We serve over 52 sites in Yolo County.
